The new owners of web-app.org (as you can check in whois records) is not the same same owner the site had "since 2002", it is a matter of fact that this person (Jos Brown) has been expelled from the project because spam activities and thereafter bought her org domain. If you have access to US criminal records, check well and you will find out that you are dealing with a criminal from Washington.
